On March 27, 2011 – the first batch of examinees shall try their hand in this year’s first Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) tomorrow – in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan  De Oro, Cebu, Iloilo and Davao City.

The official schedule of examination for this year was published by the PRC at the http://www.prc.gov.ph/documents/2011ExamSched.pdf.

Additional Schedule of Exams: Grapevine news within the industry has been incessantly buzzing for the last few weeks of changes (and generating a lot of heat for those who failed to join tomorrows exam) in the examination schedule for 2011 for brokers, appraisers, and consultants sometime in March (27th), July, October, and November this year – but until such time as I have verified these alleged new schedules with the PRC – I am hesitant to publish it here.

I am also interested in these schedules as I am thinking of trying my hand either at the Real Estate Appraiser, or Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam ( am qualified to take both!).

Abangan ang susunod na kabanata!

For the March 27th exam, here are some reminders:
