The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,185 out of 4,762 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo last March 2011 (www. prc.gov.ph)
For those interested, here is the official result of the March 27th brokers licensure examination.
Congratulations to those who passed. And to those who failed this time, there is no shame in failure. A lot of great people, failed first many times before they finally became successful. Remember: there is always a second chance.
Life is a peculiar teacher: it let’s you fail first before it teaches a lesson. Good luck next time.
Here is the list of those who passed the March 27, 2011 liscensure examination.

For Iligan City, I know of two yuppies who passed this batch:
3180 ZETA, ALESSANDRA VICTORIA DEAÑO
3005 UY, STEFANIE LAYA
Congratulations, and welcome to the industry!
Cheers.
Are you able to help me look if this Broker is licensed?
Katheryne,
In the Philippines, nowadays its very easy to determine if a real estate broker is license or not. Just go to the PRC website and enter his/her name. The webpage is: http://www.prc.gov.ph/_licenseverification_menu.asp
Or you can ask for the real estate brokers PRC Identification Card, and check if it is already expired.
Sir. Good day. Kindly give me an update regarding my license without examination for an appraiser. I’m Adelo C. Caina of Lila, Bohol. as Municipal Assessor. I passed my application last April7, 2011. Please help .
Sir,
We just have to wait for the PRC to act on your application. Sometimes, it took months! A good idea would be to follow up via a letter – but its not uncommon for the Board to act more than two months on these applications. Good luck to you.
